Say Goodbye to Period Pains!

According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, at least 85% of women between the age of 12 – 45 suffers at least one of the PMS Symptoms as part of their monthly cycles.

What can you do to relieve PMS Symptoms?

Pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) is caused by the wild fluctuations in the estrogen hormone prior to menstruation.
